Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to clients through online platforms. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their desired outcomes and improve their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, live chat, and video conferencing
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Educate clients on our products and services, as well as any updates or changes
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of service provided

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using online communication tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: $1300 per month
