Job Title: Online Consultant

Our online consulting company is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. You will use your strong communication skills and knowledge of our products and services to assist clients with their inquiries, provide guidance and recommendations, and ensure a positive overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner through various online channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Recommend solutions to meet client needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective support for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and new developments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in written English.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with different online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and willingness to learn.

Salary: $1600 per month.

Location: Os City (visa sponsorship available).
