Job Title: Head Baker - Os, Norway


As the Head Baker at our bakery in Os, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods. We are looking for a skilled and experienced baker who is passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering delicious and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bakers and assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Develop new recipes and improve upon existing ones to keep our bakery menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes while also maintaining consistency in existing ones
- Ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
