As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in the field of artificial intelligence. Your main duties will include data analysis, model development, and algorithm optimization. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and data scientists to create innovative solutions for our clients in Monte Carlo.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development to identify new machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems
- Test and evaluate the performance of developed models
- Continuously optimize algorithms for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, etc.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience working with big data tools (e.g. Hadoop)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
