Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and budgeting for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations (preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation not provided)
