Office Assistant - Malayalee English Speaker
Our fast-paced office is seeking a skilled Office Assistant who is fluent in English and Malayalee. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies, order new supplies when necessary
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail, distribute to appropriate departments
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Manage databases and input data accurately
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Monitor office equipment and request repairs or maintenance when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role preferred
- Fluent in English and Malayalee (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah
Salary: $1200 per month
