English Language Teacher


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a language school specializing in teaching English to non-native speakers, we are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and able to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of individual students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching strategies
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) preferred
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language is an asset
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and levels
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, parents, and colleagues
- Valid work visa for Russia (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours. The salary range is 1200$ per month based on qualifications and experience. Working hours will be determined based on class schedules.
