Collections Specialist (Filipino Nationals Only)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in Mombasa. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses who have outstanding debts and negotiating payment plans to ensure timely payments. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with debtors and providing them with solutions to settle their debts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans
- Reviewing accounts receivable aging reports and taking necessary actions for overdue accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities
- Providing regular updates on collections progress and reporting any issues to management
- Liaising with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Requirements:
- Filipino national living in Mombasa (or willing to relocate)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
- Experience in collections or customer service is a plus but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary: $1600 per month
