Restaurant Manager


A prestigious restaurant in the heart of La-Condamine is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Biometric passport preferred
