Handyman for Residential Properties in Doha, Qatar

We are a reputable property management company in Doha, Qatar seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in handy work and looking for a part-time job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching drywall
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Keep properties clean and well-maintained at all times
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies for maintenance work
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or in small spaces
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own transportation

Salary: 1700$ per month (paid on an hourly basis)
