Senior Architect (Part-Time) - Atlanta, USA



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a part-time position, this role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure feasibility
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
