Skilled Metal Worker in Lisbon, Portugal


We are in search of a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal products according to specifications and blueprints. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, tape measures, or templates
- Operate various tools and equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding machines
- Fabricate metal parts by cutting, shaping, bending or welding according to specifications
- Repair damaged metal components by straightening or reshaping them using hammers or hydraulic presses
- Inspect completed products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG) is preferred
- Good physical dexterity with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own basic tools
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
