Experienced Barista in La-Condamine


We are currently hiring an experienced Barista to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your role will also include providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, and assisting with daily tasks such as restocking supplies and preparing food items.

To be successful in this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a similar setting. You should have a strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods, be able to create latte art, and have excellent communication skills to interact with customers. A friendly personality, positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure are also essential.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month. The working hours will vary and may include weekends and holidays. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule and can work both opening and closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times
- Prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in La-Condamine
