UI Designer


We are looking for a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our growing team in Medina, Kenya. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve understanding user needs, conducting research, and creating wireframes and mockups. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills
- Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and create user-centered designs
- Conduct user research to understand audience needs and preferences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Sketch or Figma
- Develop style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across all digital products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately on the final product
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on interface designs and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
