Plumber Supervisor

As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of plumbers and ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards. You will be based in Muscat, Oman and will work primarily with a team of Filipino plumbers, but may also work with other nationalities. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$, and visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of plumbers
- Ensuring that all plumbing work is completed according to specifications
- Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and provide cost estimates
- Maintaining inventory of materials and equipment
- Training new team members on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumber, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of relevant plumbing codes and regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in Oman or the Middle East region
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not required
