Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Preservation Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. We welcome freshers who are passionate about preserving our cultural heritage through architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures to understand their significance and architectural style
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local and national regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation plans
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of buildings and identify necessary repairs or restorations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for restoration projects
- Analyze materials used in historical structures and recommend appropriate replacements or repairs
- Monitor restoration projects to ensure they are carried out according to plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials, construction techniques, and design principles
- Familiarity with local and national preservation regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members, clients, and government officials
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities
