Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As the Crypto-NFT Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our NFT contracts, ensuring their accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulations. Your primary goal will be to protect our company's interests while also ensuring fair and secure contracts for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Review and draft NFT contracts, including terms of sale, ownership rights, licensing agreements, and dispute resolution procedures.
- Work closely with legal counsel to ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in contract terms.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential contract partners to mitigate risk.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and partners while maintaining positive relationships.
- Monitor ongoing contracts and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to NFT contracts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting or managing NFT contracts.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and NFTs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find win-win solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Funchal, but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
