Excavator Operator

A reputable construction company in Jerusalem is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. You must have at least 2 years of experience in operating excavators and hold a valid certification or license. Fluency in English is not required, however, proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi would be preferred as our team is mainly comprised of Pakistani workers. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Jerusalem or have their own accommodation arrangements. We also offer visa sponsorship for foreign workers who meet the requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Read and interpret construction plans and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other members of the construction team to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on the job site
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid certification or license for operating excavators
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong understanding of safety regulations on construction sites
- Physical ability to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi preferred but not required
- Must be able to provide your own accommodation if not currently residing in Jerusalem
