Job Title: Barista for Coffee Shop in Ashdod, Israel


A popular coffee shop in Ashdod is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments
- Ensuring that all food safety standards are followed during food preparation and service
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products
- Staying up-to-date on new menu items, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
