Plasterboard Worker

A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using various techniques such as nailing, screwing, or gluing
- Repair damaged or cracked plasterboard
- Apply coats of joint compound to create a smooth finish
- Read blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterboard Worker
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
- Strong knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Must have own transportation to job sites
