Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Part-Time)
As the Head Chef of our Indian cuisine restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen. You will be in charge of creating and developing new dishes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high quality standards for food preparation and presentation. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional recipes
- Good communication skills to effectively manage inventory and interact with customers
- Organized with excellent time management abilities
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

This job is located in Bungoma city, Kenya.
