Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our seasonal restaurant located in Ajman. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the seasonal restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and marketing.
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and decrease costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, payroll, and record keeping.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino or Kenyan nationality preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
1600$ per month
