We are a leading retail company seeking a hardworking and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and implement promotional activities
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area in the store

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid work permit for Kenya
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Salary: $1100 per month
