As an Architectural Technologist in our growing firm, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of various architectural projects in La-Condamine and across Monaco. Your expertise in technical design, building regulations, and project management will be essential to ensuring the successful completion of our projects. This is a contract position suitable for experienced professionals with their own visa and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project designs that meet client specifications and building codes
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design and construction
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of materials
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Monaco
- Experience with project management tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa to work in Monaco
