Job Title: Welder

A welding company in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques and processes to fabricate and repair metal structures, equipment, and machinery. You must have a deep understanding of welding principles and safety procedures to ensure quality work and prevent accidents.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment according to job specifications
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, or debris
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or ARC to join metal parts together
- Inspect workpieces for accuracy and defects using precision measuring tools
- Repair metal structures or equipment by cutting or grinding damaged parts
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding from a vocational school or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Good understanding of welding principles and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
