We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to supervision and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and any issues that may impact the schedule or budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Fluent in English (Malayalam speaker preferred).
