Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions and strategies. This role is open for Indian candidates without any specific English language requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Continuously monitor data quality, perform data cleaning, and ensure accuracy of results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum salary of 1500$ per month
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with machine learning techniques (regression, clustering)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
