We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and setting text for print and digital publications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent knowledge of typography and layout design, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Format and set text for various publications including books, magazines, and newspapers
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure proper layout and formatting
- Proofread text for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Make necessary adjustments to layout based on design specifications
- Prepare files for print or digital publication
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements related to typesetting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typesetter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of typography and layout design principles
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Salary: $1600 per month
