Office Manager
As an office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office in Bungoma, Egypt. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and support the team with various projects and tasks. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1400$, plus accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and filing documents
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support the team with project management tasks such as tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and creating reports
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
