Entry-Level Baker

As an Entry-Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with senior bakers to learn different techniques and recipes while also utilizing your own creativity to develop new products. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Learn different baking techniques from senior bakers
- Utilize your creativity to develop new baked goods
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold

Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary but an interest in baking is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior bakers
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
