Finisher Supervisor


As a Finisher Supervisor in Khanpur, you will oversee the finishing process of various products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines. You will be responsible for managing a team of finishers and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the finishing process of products, including polishing, painting, and packaging
- Train and manage a team of finishers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their skills and efficiency
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure that finished products meet specifications and design requirements
- Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the finishing process and propose solutions
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, staining, etc.
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for handling delicate materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
