Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Dickirch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Hire and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on schedule
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Dickirch

This is a contract position for Kenyan or foreign candidates who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be willing to learn quickly and work under pressure. These positions are urgent so candidates must be available for immediate start.
