Job Title: Construction Manager - Dickirch, Egypt


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dickirch, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve project budgets, expenses, and invoices
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, or issues
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
