Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Moscow. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and holidays. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your expertise to design arrangements that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by offering suggestions and guidance on floral options
- Order and source flowers from suppliers while adhering to budget constraints
- Prepare arrangements for delivery or pickup, ensuring they are properly packaged for transportation
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design, techniques, and products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills in designing flower arrangements
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and plants
- Ability to use tools such as scissors, wire cutters, ribbon cutters etc.
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be able to provide own visa
- Suitable for male candidates
Salary: 1200$ monthly (accommodation included)
