We are a reputable painting company based in Vilnius, seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a painter, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by covering with drop cloths or tape
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finishes
- Remove old paint or wallpaper if necessary
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specifications and make any necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Egypt/Filipino nationality preferred

- Experience working on projects targeting women preferred

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
