Land Surveyor - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to produce accurate measurements and topographical maps
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure project plans align with survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and communicate findings to the project team
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate results
- Collaborate with other surveyors on large-scale projects or complex surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment (total stations, GPS), and software (AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
