We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design, development, and construction of various building projects. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements and comply with building codes.
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing structures.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Review project specifications and make recommendations for material selection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
