Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee and manage our architectural projects in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of all architectural designs. The Architecture Manager must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation. Urgent candidates preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Monte-Carlo

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Create project timelines and budget plans
- Manage resources including staff allocation and procurement of materials
- Review and approve all architectural designs for accuracy and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
