Administrator - Washington, USA
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in Washington. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage and maintain records and databases
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Salary: $1200 per month
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Knowledge of project management software
