Factory Machine Operator in Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate factory machines according to production specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep detailed records of production data and machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Experience working as a factory machine operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
