Crane Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials or equipment on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on cranes
- Determine load weights and ensure proper rigging techniques are used
- Safely maneuver loads to desired locations
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep accurate records of crane operations and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes
- Strong knowledge of crane operation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Salary: $900 per month
