Architecture Manager


We are seeking a detail-oriented and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Braga. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring quality and adherence to budget and timelines. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction process
- Oversee the development of architectural plans and designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that align with their vision
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution and timely completion
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Braga. However, we are open to candidates from different nationalities who are willing to relocate for this opportunity.
