Entry-Level Project Manager

We are in search of an ambitious and highly motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create project schedules and timelines and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are assigned and completed on time
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards
- Prepare project reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana (training will be provided if necessary)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
