Moderator for Indian Community in Remish

As a moderator for the Indian community in Remish, your main responsibility will be to maintain a safe and respectful online environment for members to engage in discussions and share information. You will monitor all user-generated content, ensuring it follows community guidelines and taking action against any violations. Additionally, you will engage with community members, responding to questions and concerns, and fostering a sense of inclusivity and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle conflict effectively. Prior experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required. This is a remote position with no English proficiency or previous work experience necessary. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with no accommodation provided.
