Online Consultant - English Speaking (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Triesen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to our clients via online platforms. This is a contract position suitable for men who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients on our products or services
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
- Keep detailed records of client interactions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Triesen.

Note: This job is suitable for men who are fluent in English. Pakistani nationals are preferred but not required.
