Physical Therapist

We are in search of a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. Your primary goal will be to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses, reduce pain and improve their overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation findings
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care activities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Qatar (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates are also welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach towards patient care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
