We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabricating tasks, following blueprints and specifications to ensure quality work. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of parts
- Ensure all welds meet company quality standards
- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and perform repairs as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing tasks
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder or similar role
- Valid certification in one or more welding processes preferred
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Ability to use various hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
