Commercial Architect
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. You must have a deep understanding of commercial building codes, materials, and construction methods. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans and blueprints for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Select appropriate materials for each project
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Shan, Africa (open to both locals and expats)
