We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Use computer-aided design software to create 3D models and renderings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on commercial projects in India is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
