Baker for Traditional Bakery in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our traditional bakery located in the beautiful city of Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional recipes and techniques. Your main duties will include mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring quality control of all baked goods.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Baker in a busy bakery or restaurant setting. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients. The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. A creative flair for developing new and unique recipes is highly desired.

As this is a contract job with no accommodation provided, we are looking for candidates who are already living in Al-Khor or the surrounding areas. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an advantage. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs according to traditional recipes
- Shape dough into various forms such as loaves or rolls
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate pastries with icing or other toppings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones

Requirements:
